July/August 2015 Yoga Class Schedule

 

◊ STANDING BALANCES HOME PRACTICE YOGA CLASS

Practicing Standing Balances improve coordination and balance as well as calming the mind. This class will lead you through a 20-minute home practice that will strengthen your core and quiet your mental chatter. You'll take home a hand-out, so you can repeat it on your own, anytime you want. Class is being taught by Jolene Roth. She has been a student of yoga for 7 years and is currently a yoga teacher-in-training with Cherie Ferro. Appropriate for anyone who has completed a Beginners Yoga class. ◊ MORNING YOGA FLOW

After a warm-up, we will move into a slow yoga flow, linking one pose after another, building heat and energy. It's a great way to start the day! Taught by Cherie Ferro.

◊ BEGINNERS YOGA--CANCELLED- -WILL RESUME IN SEPTEMBER

Yoga basics are taught by Jolene Roth, a student of yoga for 7 years and currently a yoga teacher-in-training with Cherie Ferro. If you are new to yoga, or if it's been way too long since your last yoga class, come and join Jolene in exploring some of the fundamentals of traditional Hatha Yoga. ◊ YOGA FOR BACK PAIN
